Dean Bainbridge has been a practising lawyer for more than 20 years and has resolved hundreds of complex legal disputes through mediation. As a family law accredited specialist, Dean brings an in-depth knowledge of the family law court system to the mediation table.

Dean Bainbridge has been accredited by the Commonwealth Attorney General's Department as a qualified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is capable of issuing a certificate under section 60I of the Family Law Act 1975. A section 60I certificate is a pre-requisit to commencing parenting (child custody) proceedings in the Federal Circuit and Family Law Court of Australia (unless exempt).
